FAQ
Do you travel for a photoshoot?
Yes, I do travel for photoshoots! I’m happy to come to locations that are a bit farther, but please note that there’s a small travel fee for locations beyond a 30-minute drive from my base. The fee helps cover travel time and expenses, and I’ll be sure to let you know the exact amount based on your shoot location.
Feel free to share your location details, and I can provide more specifics!
What happens if the weather isn’t great for an outdoor shoot?
If we’re doing an outdoor session and the weather doesn’t cooperate, I’ll work with you to reschedule for another day. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I want to make sure we get the best possible photos.
What types of payments do you accept?
I accept various forms of payment platforms like Apple Pay, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo and even old school Cash!. A retainer fee is typically required to secure your booking, with the balance due before or on the day of the shoot.
Do you shoot in all locations, or do you have specific locations you recommend?
I’m happy to shoot in any location, whether it’s a special place for you or a location you’ve chosen. If you’re unsure, I can recommend some great spots that work well for photoshoots!
This is my first photoshoot and I’m kind of nervous.
It's totally normal to feel a little nervous before your first photoshoot! A lot of people feel the same way. The good news is that I’ll be there to guide you through every step of the process, and we’ll work together to make sure you feel comfortable and confident.
It’s all about capturing the real you! Plus, the more you relax and enjoy the experience, the better the photos will turn out. If there’s anything specific you’re nervous about, just let me know, and I’ll make sure to address it. You’ve got this!
What should I wear?
Great question! The most important thing is to wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident. Choose clothes that reflect your personal style and that you feel good in. Here are a few tips:
Solid colors or subtle patterns tend to work best because they won’t distract from your face. Avoid clothing with logos or text, as they can draw attention away from you.
Think about the setting and mood of the shoot—whether it’s casual, formal, or somewhere in between—and plan accordingly.
Bring a few different options! It’s always good to have a couple of looks to switch between.
Consider accessories like scarves, hats, or jewelry if you want to add a little extra flair, but keep it simple so it doesn’t overpower the outfit.
If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to send me photos of the options you’re thinking about, and I can help you choose!
How many pictures will I receive?
The number of pictures you'll receive depends on the package you choose, which you can find detailed in my pricing guide. Each package offers a different number of final edited images, and I’ll always ensure you get the best shots from our session within 1-2 weeks!
Feel free to check out the pricing guide for more specifics, or let me know if you have any questions!
Can I request specific poses or shots?
Definitely! If you have any specific ideas or poses in mind, I’m happy to work with you. I’ll guide you through the shoot to make sure you feel comfortable, but your input is always welcome.
